“A Positive” Story from a Mother of Four

“In 1970, I delivered my first child, Laura, who was A positive. I am A negative and my husband is A positive. It was apparent that I needed a RhoGAM® Brand injection if I wanted to have more children, and I did!
My husband was an Army Captain and spent a year in Vietnam as Artillery Company Commander. After his return in 1972, I became pregnant with my second child, Laurence John (LJ), also A positive, so I received RhoGAM® Brand a second time. Then in 1974, I delivered my third child, Allyson, another A positive baby. RhoGAM® Brand was given to me a third time. Then (last but not least) I had my fourth child in 1978, Kathleen—can you guess? That’s right, one more A positive baby, and I received RhoGAM® Brand for the fourth and final time. Fortunately, all my children are healthy and are enjoying good careers.
